At RTM North, we are proud to support Composites One with high-quality mold components, pumps, and supplies that keep closed molding operations running efficiently and reliably.

Today, our Team brings together deep experience and a shared commitment to excellence. Dave Harman, Production Manager; Jerrod Button, Shop Manager; and Bonnie Voisin, Office Administrator are a dedicated group focused on delivering consistent quality and responsive service to our partners across North America.

RTM North was founded in 1995 by my father, Doug Smith, whose expertise in closed molding and Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM) helped establish the strong reputation we continue to build on today. His passion for the industry and commitment to doing things the right way remain at the core of everything we do.

As a second-generation, family-owned business, I am honored to carry that legacy forward. We remain deeply committed to our longstanding partnership with Composites One and to supporting the composites industry with trusted products, technical knowledge, and dependable service.  We are also looking forward to expanding our business beyond the borders of North America.
